  • LICENÇA PARENTAL:  Licença no âmbito da proteção à parentalidade que confere o direito à mãe e ao pai trabalhadores de se ausentarem do trabalho durante o período de impedimento do exercício da atividade laboral.
  • REFERENCE PERIOD:  Period to which the information refers and which may be a specific day or a time interval (month, fiscal year, calendar year, among others).
  • LICENÇA PARENTAL INICIAL:  Licença parental concedida à mãe e ao pai trabalhadores para se ausentarem ao trabalho por um período até 120 ou 150 dias consecutivos, consoante a opção dos progenitores, e cujo gozo pode ser partilhado após o parto. Aos períodos indicados são acrescidos 30 dias consecutivos nas situações de partilha da licença, no caso de cada um dos progenitores gozar, em exclusivo, um período de 30 dias consecutivos, ou dois períodos de 15 dias consecutivos, após o período de gozo de licença parental inicial exclusiva da mãe. No caso de nascimentos múltiplos, aos períodos previstos acrescem 30 dias por cada gémeo além do primeiro.
