Observations From mega class 'artificial land' , the class 'areas under construction' was excluded - this class incorporates excavation areas, shipyards, public and industrial facilities, road or rail network infrastructures, dams and dykes since they are under construction. This exclusion is related to the potential of these areas to revert to non-artificial occupations at the end of the construction.
