  • LATE FOETAL MORTALITY RATE:  The number of foetuses dying at 28 or more weeks in a certain period, normally a calendar year, in relation to the number of live births and foetuses dying at 28 or more weeks in the same period (usually expressed as the number of foetuses dying at 28 or more weeks per 1,000 (10^3) live births and foetuses dying at 28 or more weeks).
